Come down to the Holiday markets at 900 Rutter Ave and while you are there we've transformed our space into a winter wonderland that captures all the magic of the holiday season. From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted with twinkling lights, festive decorations, and the warmest smiles from our entire team.

The Cookie Station That'll Make Your Day Sweeter 🍪

We've partnered with local bakers as well as our own elves to create an incredible cookie station that's fully stocked with holiday favorites. Think classic sugar cookies with festive icing from local bakeries like the Cheescake Lady, warm chocolate chip cookies from Will Love Stella Sweets, gingerbread people decorated with care, and some unique seasonal flavors that'll surprise and delight you. Whether you're grabbing a quick treat or settling in to sample several varieties, this station is designed to bring back all those cozy holiday memories.

Cozy Hot Cocoa Bar to Warm Your Heart ☕

Nothing says holiday comfort quite like a perfectly crafted cup of hot cocoa. Our hot cocoa bar features rich, creamy cocoa with all the fixings – marshmallows, whipped cream, peppermint sticks, caramel drizzle, and even some gourmet add-ins for the adventurous. We'll also have coffee and tea options for those who prefer their warm beverages a different way. It's the perfect accompaniment to catching up with old friends and making new ones. We will also have some Baileys for the adults.

Holiday Coloring Book for Kids 🖍️

We will have coloring books for the kiddos as a thank you!

Dear Santa Letter-Writing Table ✉️

Kids can write and decorate their letters to Santa. We'll have a special North Pole mailbox on site so every wish gets safely "sent!"

Two Fun Photo Prop Areas for Making Memories 📸

We know how much everyone loves capturing special moments, so this year we're doubling the fun with two separate photo stations. 1) Classic Cozy: a warm, wintry scene perfect for family portraits. 2) Silly and the feel of the Northpole: bold props like Santa hats, reindeer antlers, oversized ornaments, 'Ho Ho Ho' signs, and glittery accessories for laugh-out-loud snapshots. Whether you want a polished pic with your family or a goofy photo with our team, we're here to help you create memories that'll make you smile every time you see them.

Photos with Santa: 12 PM – 3 PM at 900 Rutter Ave, Forty Fort PA 🎅

Wander around the building to find Santa on-site! He will be in the Rutter 900 building from 12 PM to 3 PM during the event. Bring the kids for a festive Santa photo opportunity and make a magical holiday memory!
